We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.
Please, keep in mind that all puppets are carefully handmade, but minor imperfections still might occur.
To make a return:
Items must be in the same state they were sent.
Items must still be in their original packaging.
Items must not be damaged in any way.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
To return a product, please send an email to [email protected] with pictures of both the puppet and the package they arrived along with proof of purchase and your details before sending back your puppet. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
