Potoo lives in a rose bush inside the mayor's office and has already bitten the fingers off many of Pervinca's rulers. In one of these occasions, the biting fairy almost bit off an entire finger and the mayor was so outraged that he wanted to sue Potoo! Unfortunately, no lawyer had the courage to take up the case and the story had to be dropped. The mayor could do his job with one less finger, but the lawyer needed all 10 to point, bang on the table and perform other necessary dramatic gestures in court.
Potoo is 19cm tall and fully articulated. She was crafted with woven linen, plush, galvanized wire of various thicknesses, acrylic filling, cold porcelain, beads, fabric paint and glossy varnish.
Her teeth are sharp and she's always hungry, which is why she comes with a little finger of marinated dead meat to nibble on during the journey.
